Hobbs Quilt Batting WLBY-108 100% Wool 108" x 25 yards, includes shipping via UPS. I you wish to pick up from the Norco, CA warehouse, please call for pricing.
Why do you want to use wool batting for quilting:
1) warm in winter, cool in summer (natural fibers adjust to the body temperature).
2) has a nice loft - quilts down where you quilt and puffs up where you don't.
3) is a lightweight batting (if it is too light for your weight preference - try cotton/wool blend batting (it has the properties of cotton and wool and is a slightly firmer and has more weight)).
4) wool has no fold memory so it is a great for quilts that will be packed away for seasonal use or if you are doing a competition quilt and don't want those pesky fold lines in your batting.

Best wool batting!
I have been using this batting for all of my quilts for a few years now. It is light and warm, washes beautifully and does not shrink.

Better than JoAnn's wool batting!
This is of a consistent thickness, unlike the batting I had been buying. I have not used it yet, but it sure looks better, so I am sure it will quilt and wash well. And comparing price square inch to square inch, it was cheaper than my JoAnn's previous purchases.

Wool is the way to go!!
Wool is much lighter, has a better drape and shows off the quilting better. As a longarmer I prefer it It's easier on my needles and there is no "wrong side". I love it.
