Shipping & Return Policy Basics
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days in unused, like-new condition.
- All damage and shortage claims should be made within 30 days of delivery. If damaged upon arrival you have the right to refuse the order.
- A copy of the packing slip or the customer receipt must accompany all returns.
- A refund will be issued to the original credit card within 1 -2 billing cycles.
Shipping Back Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
- Please use the original packaging or a strong box when sending merchandise back.
- Merchandise must be returned within 45 days in new condition.
- All damaged and shortage claims must be reported within 30 days of delivery. If damaged upon arrival, you have the right to refuse the order.
